When Matt and Kristi deliberate their wedding ceremony, they knew their child can be a part of the ceremony — they simply thought he would nonetheless be tucked safely inside his mama’s stomach.

Instead, the little man arrived of their arms far too early — 10 weeks forward of schedule.

The couple was having fun with the NBA playoffs on the night of June 11, 2017, when Kristi felt her water break. They shortly made their approach to the hospital the place they quickly greeted their son, Robert Dutch Foster. Of course, the untimely start was terrifying for each new mother and father.

“As a mother, it’s hard to see your child go through something like that and not be able to do anything but pray,” Kristi says in the clip below. “A lot of prayer.”

Luckily, their son is predicted to thrive within the hospital’s care and make his means house along with his mother and father in a few months.

While ready for Dutch to construct his power up, the couple determined to maintain their plan to get married on the anniversary of the day they met, June 21, proper there within the hospital chapel — with their son by their aspect.
