Mom Alison Potts was born with a genetic listening to dysfunction –Waardenburg syndrome — and unknowingly handed it on to three of her eight kids. The situation is uncommon and characterised by various levels of deafness in addition to a white strip of hair, pores and skin pigmentation loss, and in some instances a cleft lip or pallet.

Alison’s youngest, Ellianna, was a type of kids born deaf and was unable to listen to her personal mom’s voice.

Recently, Alison had customized listening to aids made for her younger daughter. She captured the heartwarming second her candy child hears her voice for the primary time within the video beneath.
