It doesn’t take much for a man as handsome as Chris Hemsworth to make us melt. Sure, he has an incredible body and an Australian accent, but it’s his recent admission during a round of “Never Have I Ever” with costar Jessica Chastain that has truly made us fall in love.
In the clip, Chastain asks, “Never have I ever French braided someone else’s hair?” — which was clearly a reference to the hairstyle Hemsworth sports in their film The Huntsman: Winters War (and also when he’s portraying Thor).
Hemsworth immediately responds with, “Oh yeah, my daughter for sure … I know how to do a plait.” When he admits he doesn’t quite know how to do a French braid just yet, Chastain gives the proud dad some tips.
Hemsworth is a father of three to India Rose, 3, and twins Sasha and Trista, 2. Which means he’s done his fair share of dressing up outside of work — even as a princess! Well, if he wasn’t in the running to be the man of our dreams before, he sure is now.
And he’s not the only dad whose taken an interest in learning how to style his daughter’s hair. We’ve seen a huge rise lately in response to dads like Philippe Morgese who have gone viral for their skills. Morgese in particular is best known for starting his own classes in Florida called “Daddy-Daughter Hair Factory,” where he teaches dads everything from the basics of detangling to more intricate braided styles.
