Dying Dog Was Infested With 100Okay Fleas, But Vet Uses German Shepherd To Save His Life.

Last month, a 14-year-old terrier named Rascal who gave the impression to be coated in filth was dropped off on the Nanaimo SPCA on Vancouver Island.
