Who receives the VIP Gift Bags and what is in it?
All VIP Ticket holders receive a Gift Bag. Quantities of VIP Items varies based on the ticket type purchased. The Gift Bag is comprised of a variety of products as well as samples, food treats, and coupons. The value of the VIP Gift Bag is well over the purchase price of the ticket level you selected. (General Admission Ticket holders DO NOT receive a Gift Bag.)
What is the difference between the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Mini VIP Tickets?
Before purchasing, please read the ticket description carefully as the differences are clearly stated in the descriptions. Please note that if you purchase a ticket with a product you MUST claim your product that evening. Items will NOT be shipped or delivered to you and you will forego any product not picked up on event day.
May I return or exchange products in the Gift Bag?
No. All products and coupons in the Gift Bag were generously provided by our sponsors and may not be returned or exchanged in any circumstance.
If I am unable to make the event, how may I receive my Gift Bag?
You MUST pick up your Gift Bag on event day or arrange for a friend or family member to pick it up for you. Any Gift Bag not claimed by the end of the event will be forfeited and NO REFUND will be issued. We will not ship any of the Gift Bags.
May I bring a guest such as a friend or family member?
YES! As a matter of fact, we recommend and encourage. All attendee must hold a PAID Admission Ticket with the exception of children (all children are free). The more the merrier and there is plenty for everyone to see. It’s also helpful to have an extra set of hands to help carry all the gifts and samples you will get!
What is the refund policy?
NO REFUNDS once tickets are purchase.
When do I receive my ticket(s) or order confirmation email?
Please make sure that you have entered the correct email address. It is a common error that many make. Please review your email address to assure you have entered the correct email address. You will only receive an email if you (1) properly entered the correct billing information that matches your credit card and (2) have entered your valid email address.
Why do I receive error messages when I try to purchase my ticket?
FOR THE PROTECTION OF OUR ATTENDEES, OUR CREDIT PROCESSOR REQUIRES THAT YOU HAVE ALL THE VALID INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THE CREDIT CARD THAT YOU ARE USING FOR THIS PURCHASE. BY ENTERING THE CREDIT CARD FOR THIS TRANSACTION, YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER AND CAN CONFIRM ALL THE DETAILS PERTAINING TO THE CREDIT CARD IN USE (I.E. FULL NAME, FULL ADDRESS).
IF YOU DO NOT ENTER THE CORRECT DATA, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED, HOWEVER, YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY MAY PLACE AN AUTHORIZATION HOLD ON THE AMOUNT. Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Tickets are non-transferable and refunds are not available once a ticket has been scanned and the bearer admitted to the event, the ticket will no longer be valid.
Are strollers allowed?
Yes. However, if you are able, we recommend the use of a baby carrier.

What are my transportation/parking options getting to the event?
Each City’s venue has their own parking prices as well as In and Out policy. Please visit each center’s website or follow us on each show’s Facebook Event page for parking information.
Will there be food available at the Baby Show?
There are no food vendors at the show. We recommend packing some snacks for your enjoyment while you’re at the show. If you plan to leave to enjoy the restaurants around the venue’s surrounding area, you must return with a valid wristband still attached. We recommend that you contact the Baby Shows selected venue to inquire about their In and Out parking policy.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We recommend that you please bring your printed ticket. We accept digital versions, but it tends to cause issues when being scanned.
Are there contests that take place during the event?
Yes! Many companies will host their own individual contests at their exhibit space. Please note: these contests are NOT managed by Baby Bellies and Beyond – therefore anything won or any prizes uncollected from the contest should be communicated directly to the company which you have won the product(s)/services. Baby Bellies and Beyond will not be held responsible for defective or uncollected winnings. We host our “End of Show” giveaways at approximately at 3:30 PM. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.
Baby Bellies and Beyond and it’s sponsors and/or affiliates will not be responsible or liable in any way for refunds, returns, damaged or expired products in connection with merchandise offered or won at the Show, sold or distributed by sponsors/exhibitors/presenters, included in gift bags, or sold as part of a ticket package.
